Rules & Regulation

1. Students must leave their bags on the property counter outside before entering the Library.
2. Students must bring their ID Cards whenever they visit the Library. Students should scan their ID card each time before and after entering the Library.
3.Students are requested not to reshelve the books after reading.
4. Reference books and Journals will not be issued to students, and they should be referred to only in the Library.
5.Faculty can borrow a reference book for 2 days.
6. Avoid making Pencil / Pen Marks, Underlining, or any other type of Damage to the Book. If any such things are noticed at the time of returning the books, the Borrower will be held responsible for replacement of the book.
7. In case the Book is lost, the Borrower must REPLACE the Same Edition or the latest edition of the Lost Book. If the Book is not available, the borrower must pay the cost of the Book.
8.Books that exceed the lending period a fine of Rs.1 will be charged per day there on and from the preceding month onwards will be increased to Rs.2 and so on.
9. All the Students should RETURN their Library Borrowings and obtain a NO-DUE Certificate from the Library at the completion of their course.
10.Silence and cleanliness is to be strictly maintained in and around the Library.
11. A fine of Rs.50 will be charged if the spine label or the barcode is found damaged.
